Tasting Notes
A truly pale blonde in colour, this beer is heavily hopped to give a really refreshing citrus-hop kick.  Pineapple, Peach & Grapefruit hop flavours abound in levels that are such that you don’t need to read the tasting notes to spot them…

Obviously there is nothing Polar about the brewery (besides the Polar Bears that wander around here preying on the migrating Walrus – or is it Walri – that pass through).  Mind you, it does get a bit parky up here in the winter, especially when it is cold.  Anyway, nothing polar in the beer.  But it is a Star, especially when it wins awards – which it does, when it gets far enough away from regular customers to be judged somewhere…
