Tasting Notes
A balanced malty-bitterness with hints of toffee and a slightly fruity bitter-sweet aftertaste.  Brewed with Maris Otter pale, crystal & wheat malts, and Fuggles, Phoenix & First Gold hops.

Trivia
The old A10 coach road through Royston/Buntingford was allegedly the haunt of many a bandit, including (it is said) Dick Turpin himself, who was a fairly local lad.  Of course these days the mugging of motorists is now done at State level – and of course by those who supply plastic sandwiches.
